Hi, my name is Kiyasu. I am from Taipei, TAIWAN.

Not sure what I am going to do with this space yet.
Probably make it into a very personal-ey site?
Rant about various stuff? Who knows.

But I do miss those times when cell phones are not "required" (so-called "essential" or "convenient"), when people had home pages instead of professional portfolios, and when there aren't Discord servers for like "every" fucking indie game, studio, etc.

(Geez, people... stop with all these Discord servers. There are so many to join, Discord has an 100 server limit for non-Nitro accounts, and it's like if I don't join or keep up with the server, I could miss out on some things.)

I hope my main site didn't go into the "portfolio route."

I tried really hard to make it less portfolio-ey but still keep some professional touch in it. (Since like 2007-ish when everybody started to slowly stop doing personal art sites, I get left out and feel abandoned, etc.)

At least I kept myself with timeless code that works on previous browser versions, and kept my site alive since 2003 despite various changes.
At least I kept my site hand-coded in Notepad and didn't switch to Wordpress, Wix, Squarespace, etc... and survived(?) it when everybody-ish was doing it.

Probably I'll do something with this space, especially at a hard(?) time in my life. Maybe I'm led back here for some "reason," if this is not some toxic positivity thing. Anyway, here's me expressing myself freely and directly here, without trying to be "appropriate." Probably this will be therapeutic or something. I'm not sure, but here I am doing something with my Neocities Web space... expressing myself.
